Appointments & Services

Preservation Beauty provides medical aesthetic, skincare, and related services through appropriately licensed professionals.

Submitting an appointment request through our website does not confirm an appointment. Your appointment is confirmed once you receive confirmation from our team.

To help us provide safe and appropriate care, clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about their medical history, medications, allergies, previous procedures, and anything else their provider requests.

Services are available only to individuals 18 years of age or older.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

We understand that plans change, and we're always happy to help you reschedule when we have enough notice. Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and your provider, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee of $50 for esthetic services or $100 for injectable services. The same fees apply if you do not arrive for a confirmed appointment.

If you arrive late, we'll do everything we reasonably can to still see you. Your treatment may need to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled if there isn't enough time remaining to provide it safely.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit or prepayment before future appointments can be reserved.

By scheduling an appointment and providing a payment method, you authorize Preservation Beauty to charge the applicable fee above if you cancel late or do not arrive.

Payments, Pricing & Refunds

Payment is due at the time products or services are provided unless another arrangement has been approved in advance.

Prices may change from time to time. The price confirmed for your appointment or purchase will govern, unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Aesthetic outcomes vary between individuals, and no specific result can be guaranteed.

Payments for completed services are non-refundable except where required by law. If additional treatment is desired or clinically appropriate, any additional charges will be discussed with you before treatment.

Retail product returns and exchanges are subject to our current return policy and applicable law.

Financing and payment-plan services are provided by third parties and are subject to their terms and approval requirements.

Promotions & Gift Cards

We may periodically offer promotions, packages, discounts, or special pricing. Offers may be limited by date, service, product, provider, or availability, as disclosed with the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers and have no cash value. Promotional or complimentary credits may expire according to the terms disclosed with the offer.

Purchased gift cards may be applied toward eligible products or services and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Any expiration date, fee, or other material restriction will be disclosed at the time of purchase and administered in accordance with applicable law.

Clinical Information & Informed Consent

Text Messages & Email

Text messaging from Preservation Beauty is opt-in. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Online Orders & Product Availability

Products offered through our website are subject to availability.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurate, though errors and manufacturer changes occasionally occur. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, that amount will be refunded.
