Preservation Beauty Clinic — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Preservation Beauty Clinic (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, booking an appointment, receiving services, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website (preservationbeautyclinic.com), scheduling an appointment, or purchasing any service or product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.

You must be 18 years or older to receive treatment. Minors may be treated only with written consent and the presence of a parent or legal guardian.

Services & Appointments

Booking: Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by calling or texting +1 (469) 949-4047, or in person at our Dallas clinic (8335 Westchester Dr., Suites 62 & 64, Dallas, TX 75225). A deposit or valid credit card on file may be required to secure your booking.

Eligibility: Certain medical-aesthetic treatments require a consultation to ensure suitability and safety. You agree to provide full and accurate medical history and disclose all medications, conditions, and allergies.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

At Preservation Beauty, we have a 48-hour Cancellation / No-Show Policy to ensure clients can access appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to attend, the following fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file:

  • All Injection / Medical Appointments: $150

  • All Skin Health Appointments: $50

If a client no-shows and/or late-cancels three times, they will be required to pre-pay in full for future appointments at the time of booking. Pre-payments are non-refundable if the no-show or late-cancellation policy is violated. However, if an appointment is rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance, the pre-payment will be credited toward a future service at Preservation Beauty.

We value our providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months in advance. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us to fill those openings. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this policy so we can continue to offer high-quality care and timely appointments for all clients.

Payments & Refund Policy

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Refunds on Services: We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are individualized and may vary from person to person. While we strive for excellent outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments required to achieve desired results.

Retail Products: All product sales are final. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for the same item only.

Gift Certificates: All gift certificate purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used before their expiration date.

Medical Disclaimer

Our treatments are aesthetic and wellness-based and do not constitute medical advice or replace consultation with a licensed healthcare provider.

Results vary based on age, health status, skin type, and after-care compliance. By undergoing any treatment, you acknowledge that no guarantees can be made and that you understand all risks and benefits discussed with your provider.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical information and following pre- and post-care instructions. We are not liable for adverse effects resulting from non-disclosure or non-compliance.

Liability & Consent

Assumption of Risk: By receiving any treatment, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks and voluntarily consent to the procedure.
Limitation of Liability: Preservation Beauty Clinic and its staff are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Preservation Beauty, its employees and affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from your use of our services.

Privacy & Data Usage

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data and only share it as required to deliver our services or comply with law.
